Exercise = Chill Pill

If you’re easily triggered there’s a chance you haven’t taken care of yourself. People that exercise usually feel more relaxed. People who “like” this video on social media are the ones who exercise so they know what if feels like.

Resistance training in particular pushes built up anxiety out of the body and the additional oxygen into the brain clarifies thought patterns that might be dragging you down. If you have kids like Diyo, seen here stuck in traffic, there shouldn’t be any reason for dropping f-bombs at birds in front of them. Get the emotional, physical, mental gunk out of your body by doing something like lifting or some other form of exercise. Not only will you feel better, but your kids, relationships, and your business will thrive if you’re willing to put in the work over time.
